• We only accept the following file formats for logo submission: Corel Draw, AI, DXF and PLT. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept other formats, such as JPG, ODG and PNG.
• If you don't have a logo, don't worry! You can purchase the product directly from our website and send your logo via the website, WhatsApp or email.
• Your custom two-hole label will be sent within 7 business days after approval of the artwork. Don't forget to approve the layout so we can start production of your custom items.
• The delivery of your order may vary depending on the method and company you choose. We offer the option of delivery via courier or post office, and also pick-up at our physical store. The choice is yours!
