To buy in our store is very easy:
1) Simply browse through the different product pages (categories, new arrivals, offers, highlights) and click on the icon Buy. Or click on View Details for more information about the product. After that the product will be inserted in your shopping cart
2) Continue browsing our website until you have chosen all the products you wish to purchase. Now just click on the link on the right Finish that you will be completing your purchase.
3) Now enter your email and password. If you are not registered, register quickly by clicking on the link Register.
4) Once this is done, choose the shipping method for the product. We work with shipping via Post Office. You can choose express delivery or simple parcel, with express delivery being more expensive but much faster, so we recommend choosing Sedex.
5) Now just choose the payment method.
6) Further instructions will be sent to you via email after your sale is completed.
Regarding your personal data regarding addressing, payment and order content, you can be sure that they will not be used for purposes other than processing the orders placed, and will therefore not be disclosed under any circumstances.
Regarding data traffic security, every transaction involving payment, whether by credit card or not, will be encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This means that only our company will have access to this data.
After payment confirmation and logo approval, the pieces will be produced within 7 business days. The delivery time varies according to the chosen shipping method and is the responsibility of the Post Office.
You will be informed with the tracking code for your order to check on the post office website as soon as it is posted.
